Avem deosebita plăcere de a vă invita să participați workshop-ul cu tema “Redesigning the Future Work AI-Based – Managementul oportunității: de la prototip la produs”, care va avea loc în data de 13.06.2025, orele 10.00 în sala B417. Îi vom avea ca invitati pe Amanda Andriesanu Senior Delivery Lead si Valentin Măzăreanu Chief Information Security & Compliance Officer la CREATEQ Engineering. Workshop-ul este activitate în cadrul proiectului Jean Monnet EU-ReDiSkills și își propune o dezbatere privitoare la utilizarea tehnologiilor bazate pe inteligență artificială pentru transformarea ideilor inovatoare în produse funcționale, printr-o abordare practică a procesului de management al oportunităților – de la prototip la implementare concretă în contextul muncii viitorului.

Professional with 14 years of expertise in the field of development and management of new wind and solar capacities, as sources of clean electrical energy from renewable sources.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University from Iași and of the Center for European Studies, within the same educational institution – European Studies Specialization, her professional path was built step by step. She learned about the rigor of the legal act within the public notary activity and about the emotion of pleading before the courts of law, from the court of first instance to the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania. In 2005, she was part of the implementation team of the first Scientific and Technological Park from the North-East area – TEHNOPOLIS Iași.
In the last 14 years, she has worked in the field of renewable energy, as legal advisor and manager of the Romanian subsidiary of the German VSB Group, significantly contributing to climate protection and the transition to cleaner energy, by developing energy capacities for the production of electricity from renewable sources, mainly large-scale wind farms.

Congratulations to the students Nechita Rareş, Moraru Sebastian, Rotariu Cosmin, (Managementul organizaţiilor anul II), Cernat Bogdan, (Administratie Publica anul I), for 3th place from 34 teams (România, China, Olanda, Ungaria, Statele Unite ale Americii) at NIBS International Business Simulation Competition, EcoSim and Budapest Business School.
Webinar – WEBINAR DIGITAL SKILLS IN A LEARNING EUROPEAN UNION 6 June 2024 with Mr. Laszlo Dimeny
The webinar has as main aim to debate the role of the digital competences which support students, professors, and future professionals to understand and use the digital skills required in the 21st century digital world. The development of students’ digital skills and competences play a crucial role in preparing them for effective and efficient work in the digital economy around the world. The webinar includes inputs from the practitioners in the field that will outlines the new ways forward for extending access to digital competences for people and to enhance them with the new abilities for being resilient. The Webinar “Digital Skills in a Learning European Union” took place on June 6, 2024, with Mr. Laszlo Dimeny – Varga from the company ECOSIM as the guest. He presented to the students the simulations created by the company: ECOSIM and SMARTCITY. This was followed by discussions about how experiential learning through business games/managerial simulations in the fields of economics and public administration influences the development of students’ skills.
Summer School “Eu-ReDiSkills” 2024
The EU Resilience Digital Skills project identifies ways to respond to the new educational requirements by creating a summer school by combining two modules, European integration and business games with the aim of developing the digital and decision-making skills of the participants. The concept of the project started from the idea that the current generations of students will learn digital and decision-making skills more easily through innovative learning methods. In the period from May 20, 2024, to June 11, 2024, the first Summer School within the EU-ReDiSkills project took place in a mixed format (physical and online) with two modules: European Integration and Digital Skills and Business Games (Shadow Manager – Busines Games) participants was students, master’s students, and doctoral candidates from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
