PROFESSOR, PHD. HAB. ANA-MARIA BERCU

Full Professor at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where she works since 2002. She received a B.S. in 2001, a M.S. in 2002, the PhD. in Management in 2008 from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania, with major ranks, and was habilitated to coordinate doctoral thesis in the field of administrative sciences starting with 2019. She follows a postdoctoral stage at Tel Aviv University, Israel on HRM issues.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR, SILVIU MIHAIL TIŢĂ

Associate Professor at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where he works since 2009. He received a B.S. in Management at Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and Computer Science at Faculty of Computer Science in 2004, a M.S. Human Resources Management in 2005, the PhD. in Management in 2009 from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. Teaching and research activities are in fields of performance management, business games, organizational diagnosis and qualitative business research methods.
